Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$9.99 Flat rate shipping in Australia

The Processing time for orders is 1-4 business days *

*Longer processing times will occur during sales and holiday period.

We take no responsibility for damage occurred whilst in transit, we use Australia post, couriers please for shipping, if damage occurs in transit please make a claim with the relevant shipping agent.

Birthday Cakes, Pupcakes, cannot be delivered via courier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at Bones & Whiskers, Pet Food Bakery. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we're here to help.

Please email us at bones.and.whiskers@outlook.com for all refund/exchanges, feedback or general questions.

We don't offer refunds on change of mind or if your pet dislikes the treat purchased. We are happy to exchange products if they perish before the expiry date.

In certain circumstances we are able to accept returns in exchange for a refund. Please note to obtain a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and needs to be sent back at customers cost.

We don't accept refunds or exchanges on Birthday Cakes, Pupcakes, and Doggy Donuts, these items are perishable and should be consumed within 1-4 days and refrigerated if possible.
